Warmed Heart Week 23

Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Pickled Peppers.

I love it.

Our youngest Granddaughter, Mo, was here over the weekend.   We found ourselves doing silly alliteration over everything.

Lovely Lingering Lingo.

We have fun with alliteration, too. We crack ourselves up.

Oh yes, I can remember reciting Peter Pepper as a child. Sounds like you had fun! Take care Jenny...Betty

That is a fun game! It's great to get off the devices and back to old school fun and games.

I like your doing alliterations with the granddaughter, Jenny. I may try that with our youngest granddaughter (six). She wasn't too much into rhyming.
When I do the 'Peter Piper' thing, I say "Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Purple Peppers" as you can't have pickled peppers until you pick them and do the cooking.
I never did understand why it was the pickled ones they picked. Maybe picked out of a box?

Thinking things tongue-ties the thinking. Something like that. :-)
